I. Regulamin polski
1. Ogólne zasady:
1.0 Admin ma zawsze rację  .
1.1 Wypowidaj się kulturalnie.
1.2 Zanim napiszesz coś, sprawdź czy ktoś już tego nie zrobił.
1.3 Pisz zrozumiale.
1.4 Nie stosuj nadmiernej ilości emotikonek.
1.5 Nie wyzywaj innych.
1.6 Pisz czytelnie.
1.7 Pisz posty w odpowiednich podforach.
1.8 Jeżeli nie rozumiesz kogoś (ze względu na to, że jest np. Anglikiem), nie pisz postów na ten temat.
1.9 Unikaj wszelkich nieporozumień.
1.10 Nie spamuj.
1.11 Pisz z sensem.
1.12 Jeżeli nie musisz, nie używaj słów wulgarnych lub je cenzuruj.
1.13 Nie podszywaj się pod inne osoby.
1.14 Jeżeli coś chcesz - proś o to.
1.15 W razie zmianie regulaminu zostaniesz powiadomiony.
1.16 Regulamin obowiązuje wszystkich.
1.17 Nie wyrażaj poglądów rasistowskich oraz innych, uznanych jako złe.
1.18 Nie podawaj linków do programów pirackich.
2. Moderacja:
2.1 Moderatorzy powinni jak najmniej edytować posty użytkowników.
2.2 Moderatorzy, jeżeli edytują posty innych, używają w tym celu specjalnej czcionki:
2.2.1 Czcionka ta powinna mieć kolor pomarańczowy.
2.2.2 Czcionka powinna mieć rozmiar Mały.
2.2.3 Edytowany fragment nie powinien mieć w sobie emotikonek.
2.2.4 Powinien być on treściwy i krótki.
2.2.5 Powinien zawierać podpis moderatora.
2.2.6 Powinien zawierać powód moderacji
2.2.7 Musi się zaczynać od słów: "\\ edited by moderator"
2.3 Moderatorzy powinni usuwać posty nie posiadające żadnej treści
2.4 Moderatorzy powinni usuwać posty których treść nie jest zgodna z tematem topicu w którym się znalazły.
2.5 Jeżeli postów tego typu jest więcej niż 2, powinien zostać wydzielony z nich nowy topic.
2.6 Jeżeli topic jest w niewłaściwym podforum, podlega zamknięciu lub przemieszczeniu.
2.7 Tematy już poruszane powinny zostać zamknięte, natomiast ich autorzy powiadomieni o tym.
2.8 Osoby nagminnie łamiące regulamin będą banowane na odpowiednio długi okres czasu.
2.9 Moderator ma obowiązek moderować także posty innego moderatora, jeżeli złamał on regulamin.
2.10 Administratorzy, jeżeli edytują posty innych, używają w tym celu specjalnej czcionki:
2.10.1 Czcionka ta powinna mieć kolor czerwony lub niebieski.
2.10.2 Czcionka powinna mieć rozmiar Mały.
2.10.3 Edytowany fragment nie powinien mieć w sobie emotikonek.
2.10.4 Powinien być on treściwy i krótki.
2.10.5 Powinien zawierać podpis administratora.
2.10.6 Powinien zawierać powód moderacji
2.10.7 Musi się zaczynać od słów: "\\ edited by administrator"
2.10.8 Post taki nie podlega edycji przez moderatorów ani użytkownika.
2.11 Jeżeli użytkownik stwierdzi, że jego post został niedłusznie edytowany, powinien zgłosić ten fakt administratorowi na PW.
3. Kultura:
3.1 Nie prowokuj innych użytkowników forum.
3.2 Jeżeli ktoś Cię obraził - nie odpowiadaj, gdyż byłbyś także ukarany.
3.3 Staraj się nie pisać rzeczy, które mogłyby w jakikolwiek sposób obrazić innych.
3.4 Jeżeli się tak stanie, przeproś na PW.
3.5 Nie pisz aby pisać, pisz aby rozmawiać.
3.6 Forum TO NIE JEST CHAT - pamiętaj o tym.
3.7 Pamiętaj, że my też mamy swoje życie (no i klan) - nie obrażaj się jeżeli nas nie ma przez kilka dni.
4. Regulaminy:
4.1 Regulamin może być zmieniony w dowolnym momencie.
4.2 Nieznajomość regulaminu nie jest powodem łamiania go.
4.3 Regulamin może zostać zmieniony jedynie przez administratorów.
4.4 Wszyscy użytkownicy mają obowiązek przestrzegać regulaminu.
4.5 Łamanie regulaminu podlega odpowiedniej karze.
4.6 Wiele podfor ma swoje własne, mniejsze regulaminy.
4.7 Nagminne łamanie regulaminu karane jest zbanowaniem.
4.8 W topicu będącym regulaminem nie wolno się wypowiadać.
4.9 Członkowie UEo_SaNDu mają dodatkowo przestrzegać Kodeksu Honorowego, innych użytkowników forum, jednak ten Kodeks nie obowiązuje.
5. Rangi:
5.1 Administratorzy forum posiadają napis "Administrator" pod swoją ksywką.
5.2 Moderatorzy posiadają napis "Moderator".
5.3 Członkowie Zjednoczonych Imperiów otrzymują rangę "UEo_SaND Member".
5.4 Inni użytkownicy posiadają rangi w zależności od ilości napisanych postów.
5.5 Rangi się zmieniają kiedy użytkownik uzbiera określoną ilość postów.
5.6 Dolne limity postów to kolejno: 0, 10, 30, 70, 150, 330, 666, 1000, 1500, 2400 postów.
6. Grupy:
6.1 Założyciele UEo_SaNDu należą do grupy "UEo_SaND Leaders".
6.2 Członkowie UEo_SaNDu należą do grupy "Członkowie UESND / UESND Members".
6.3 Moderatorzy należą do grupy "Moderatorzy / Moderators".
6.4 Przywódca UEo_SaNDu może zdecydować o powołaniu nowej grupy jeżeli będzie ona potrzebna.
6.5 O przyłączaniu użytkowników forum do grup decyduje administrator forum oraz/lub moderator danej grupy.
7. Słowa i zachowanie:
7.1 Używanie wulgarnych słów będzie karane (i będzie to gorsza kara od bana  ).
7.2 Żaden użytkownik nie może mieć nazwy "Admin" lub "Moderator".
7.3 Podszywanie się pod inne osoby grozi banem na IP.
7.4 Nie należy prowokować drugiej osoby.
7.5 Reagowanie na prowokację jest równe samemu prowokowaniu i tak samo karane.
7.6 Nie należy pisać bezsensownych postów.
7.7 Należy pisać czytelnie, zachowując gramatykę oraz interpunkcję.
7.8 Nie należy pisać pomówień.
7.9 Od spraw prywatnych są PW.
8. Czytelność:
8.1 Nie należy stosować nadmiernej ilości emotikonek w poście. Umiarkowana ilość to 1 emotikonka na średnio 50 słów.
8.2 Nie należy pisać w TeN sPoSóB.
8.3 Ani w TEN SPOSÓB.
8.4 W T3N SP()SÓ|3 także.
8.5 Posty należy pisać jednym kolorem, lub maksymalnie trzema.
8.6 Należy pisać poprawnie pod względem ortograficznym.
8.7 Pisz powoli - więcej zrozumiemy.
8.8 W miarę możliwości, sprawdź post przed wysłaniem.
II. English statute
1. Overall rules:
1.0 Admin is always right .
1.1 Speak with manners.
1.2 Before you type somthing, check if someone else din't do that before.
1.3 Type clear, understandable.
1.4 Don't use too many emoticons.
1.5 Don'y defy others.
1.6 Type readable.
1.7 Post in the proper sub-forums.
1.8 If you don't understand somebody (Because he speaks polish), don't type anything.
1.9 Avoid misunderstandings.
1.10 Don't spam.
1.11 Type with sense.
1.12 If you don't have to, do not use vulgarisms or censor them.
1.13 Don't try to imitate other people.
1.14 If you wan't something - ask for it.
1.15 If this statute changes, you will be notified.
1.16 All users must respect this statute.
1.17 Don't be a rasist and don't type other, such like things.
1.18 Do not post links to illegal sofware.
2. Moderating:
2.1 Moderators should try not to edit other posts.
2.2 Moderators, when they edit someones post, they use a special font:
2.2.1 The font should be orange.
2.2.2 It should be small.
2.2.3 The edited text should not contain emoticons.
2.2.4 The coment should be substantial and not too long.
2.2.5 It should contain the moderators nickname.
2.2.6 It should have the reason of the edit
2.2.7 It must start with the words: "\\ edited by moderator"
2.3 Moderators should delete posts without any content
2.4 Moderators should delete posts, if the content of them differs from the content of the topic.
2.5 If there are more than 2 posts like marked in 2.4, a new topic should be made from them instead of deletion.
2.6 If the topic is in the wrong sub-forum, it should be closed or moved.
2.7 Topics already mentioned on the forum earlier should be closed and their autors notified.
2.8 Users violating the statute will be banned for a particular time.
2.9 Moderator should also moderate other moderators posts if he violates the statute.
2.10 Administrators, when they edit someones post, they use a special font - its red or blue and small
2.11 If the user thinks that he's post was deleted or modified without any reason, he should notifie the administrator via a PM.
3. Culture:
3.1 Don't provoke other forum users.
3.2 If someone insults you, don't respond, or you will be punished also.
3.3 Try not to type things, what may insult others.
3.4 If you insult someone, excuse via PM.
3.5 Don't type just to type, type to converse.
3.6 Forum IS NOT A CHAT - remember this.
3.7 Remember that we also have our lives (and the clan) - take in good part when we are absent.
4. Statutes:

5.3 UEo_SaND members have a rank "UEo_SaND Member".
5.4 Other users have ranks depending on the amount of written posts.
5.5 The rank self-changes when the user reaches the specified number of posts.
5.6 The limits of the posts are: 0, 10, 30, 70, 150, 330, 666, 1000, 1500, 2400 posts.
6. Groups:
6.1 UEo_SaND leaders fall under "UEo_SaND Leaders".
6.2 UEo_SaND members fall under "Członkowie UESND / UESND Members".
6.3 Moderators fall under "Moderatorzy / Moderators".
6.4 The UEo_SaND leader may create a new group when its needed.
6.5 Of joining a user to a specified group, decides the Administrator or the moderator of the group.
7. Words and behavior:
7.1 Using of vulgar words will be punishable (And the reward will be worse than a ban ).
7.2 No user can have a nickname "Admin" or "Moderator".
7.3 Imitating other people will be rewarded with a ban on the IP.
7.4 Users shouldn't provoke others.
7.5 Reacting on a provocation will be punished the same way as provoking.
7.6 You shouldn't write stupid posts.
7.7 The users should type with the respecting of their language and interpunction.
7.8 You shouldn't write aspersions.
7.9 From private things there are PM's.
8. Readability:
8.1 A massive number of emoticons in one post shouldn't be used. The standard number of emoticons is 1 per 50 words.
8.2 You shouldn't type ThIs WaY.
8.3 THIS WAY either.
8.4 And Th15 \/\/ay either.
8.5 Posts should be writen with one color, or a maximum of three colors.
8.6 The posts should be writen with the respect of the ortography.
8.7 Type slowly - you won't be missunderstood.
8.8 If you can, check the post before sending.
